Äîñë³äæåííÿ, ÿê³ ðîçêðèâàþòü õàðàêòåð çì³í ÑÎØ (ñëèçîâî¿ îáîëîíêè øëóíêà) ëàáîðàòîðíèõ òâàðèí â îíòîãåíåç³ ïðåäñòàâëÿþòü ³íòåðåñ òîìó, ùî òîâùèíà ÑÎØ çíà÷íîþ ì³ðîþ çàëåæèòü â³ä â³êó îðãàí³çìó [1]. Ó ë³òåðàòóð³, ïðèñâÿ÷åí³é âèâ÷åííþ øëóíêà â íîðì³, íîðìàòèâè ìîðôîìåòðè÷íèõ ïàðàìåòð³â â îíòîãåíåç³ º ÷àñòî ñóïåðå÷ëèâ³ [2,3]. Ìåòà íàøîãî äîñë³äæåííÿ - âèÿâèòè îñîáëèâîñò³ áóäîâè ÑÎØ ùóð³â ó íîðì³ çàëåæíî â³ä â³êó. Íàìè áóëî ïðîâåäåíî 3 ñå𳿠åêñïåðèìåíò³â íà 54 á³ëèõ áåçïîðîäíèõ ñàìöÿõ íåñòàòåâîçð³ëèõ, ñòàòåâîçð³ëèõ òà ñòàðå÷èõ ùóðàõ ç òåðì³íàìè ñïîñòåðåæåíü 7, 30 òà 180 ä³á. Ç ôóíäàëüíîãî â³ää³ëó øëóíêà âèð³çàëè øìàòî÷êè, ô³êñóâàëè â 10% ðîç÷èí³ íåéòðàëüíîãî ôîðìàë³íó, ÿê³ ï³ñëÿ çíåâîäíåííÿ â ñïèðòîâ³é áàòàðå¿ çðîñòàþ÷î¿ êîíöåíòðàö³¿ çàëèâàëè â ïàðàô³í. Çð³çè òîâùèíîþ 4-5 ìêì ôàðáóâàëè ãåìàòîêñèë³íîì òà åîçèíîì òà âèâ÷àëè ï³ä ñâ³òëîâèì ì³êðîñêîïîì. Äëÿ îö³íêè ÑÎØ âèêîðèñòîâóâàëè ìîðôîìåòðè÷íèé ìåòîä âèâ÷åííÿ ã³ñòîëîã³÷íèõ ïðåïàðàò³â: âèì³ðþâàëèñÿ â ìêì ãëèáèíà øëóíêîâèõ ÿìîê òà òîâùèíà ÑÎØ çà ïðîãðàìîþ Promorph-Paradis (ÍÂÊ "ªâà" ì. Êè¿â). Ó íåñòàòåâîçð³ëèõ òâàðèí íà 7 äîáó ñïîñòåðåæåíü òîâùèíà ÑÎØ äîð³âíþâàëà 426,99±8,21 ìêì. Ãëèáèíà øëóíêîâèõ ÿìîê áóëà 40,41±4,33 ìêì. Íà 30-òó äîáó òîâùèíà ÑÎØ ñòàíîâèëà 585,71±6,21 ìêì, à ãëèáèíà øëóíêîâèõ ÿìîê äîñÿãëà 97,52±11,65 ìêì. Íà 180-òó äîáó òîâùèíà ÑÎØ çðîñëà äî ìàêñèìàëüíîãî çíà÷åííÿ – 830,81±80,94 ìêì. Ó ñòàòåâîçð³ëèõ òâàðèí ñåðåäíÿ òîâùèíà ÑÎØ íà 7 äîáó ñïîñòåðåæåííÿ äîð³âíþâàëà 559,57 ± 4,91 ìêì, ãëèáèíà øëóíêîâèõ ÿìîê - 62,95 ± 3,99 ìêì.  ïåð³îä ³ç 7-ãî ïî 30-é äí³ åêñïåðèìåíòó ïîêàçíèê òîâùèíè ÑÎØ çá³ëüøèâñÿ äî 727,15±9,87 ìêì, à ãëèáèíà øëóíêîâèõ ÿìîê çìåíøèëàñÿ äî 57,65±8,85 ìêì. Äî 180-¿ äîáè åêñïåðèìåíòó äîâæèíà çàëîç ÑÎØ ó òâàðèí íåçíà÷íî çá³ëüøèëàñÿ äî 798,70±5,70 ìêì, à ãëèáèíà øëóíêîâèõ ÿìîê çìåíøèëàñÿ äî 39,23±3,40 ìêì. Ó òâàðèí ïåð³îäó ñòàðå÷èõ çì³í íà 7 äîáó ñïîñòåðåæåííÿ òîâùèíà ÑÎØ äîð³âíþâàëà 683,72 ± 34,42 ìêì, ãëèáèíà øëóíêîâèõ ÿìîê äîñÿãëà 42,32 ± 2,14 ìêì. Íà 30-òó äîáó òîâùèíà ÑÎÆ ñêëàëà 893,85±17,71 ìêì, ãëèáèíà øëóíêîâèõ ÿìîê áóëà - 56,51±2,11 ìêì. Òîâùèíà ÑÎØ íà 180 äîáó çìåíøèëàñÿ äî 682,26±13,65 ìêì, à ãëèáèíà øëóíêîâèõ ÿìîê ñÿãíóëà 58,88±2,35 ìêì. Òàêèì ÷èíîì, âèÿâëåí³ â³êîâ³ îñîáëèâîñò³ ÑÎØ ñâ³ä÷àòü ïðî ãåòåðîãåíí³ñòü áóäîâè òà ãåòåðîõðîíí³ñòü ðîçâèòêó ôóíäàëüíîãî â³ää³ëà øëóíêà.
