Introduction. The war in Ukraine forced millions of people to adapt to the new realities of life and work, regardless of region, gender, age, and type of activity. Despite the difficulties, the state did not stop the work of educational institutions, so the problem of teaching subjects at the appropriate level became a serious challenge for all educators. Fulfilling the requirements of the Law of Ukraine «On Education» in the conditions of martial law requires a rethinking of all previously acquired experience and great intellectual, physical and psychological efforts to create new programmatic, methodical, methodological and technical developments for a quick transition to the most widespread asynchronous form of education in such conditions [1].
The rapid implementation of various forms of distance learning began in 2020 during the pandemic. And the crisis phenomena caused by military actions significantly activated the work in the direction of mastering various educational platforms to ensure the provision of higher quality educational services.
Thus, the «SIKORSKY DISTANCE LEARNING PLATFORM» has been created at the National Technical University of Ukraine «Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute» (hereinafter – KPI named after Igor Sikorsky), which uses the technological environment Moodle and the package of Google cloud applications – G Suite for Education. The trend in the development of distance learning both in Ukraine and at our university is mostly set by enthusiasts and volunteers. On the basis of the Educational and Methodological Complex «Institute of Postgraduate Education» for several years, teachers' qualifications have been advanced in extremely relevant areas of knowledge regarding the use of modern means of creating educational content.
Based on the acquired knowledge and experience, teachers have the opportunity to create unique educational courses, which, in addition to educational and methodological literature, can be filled with various additional educational and scientific educational video and photo materials.
The main advantage of the Moodle system over other platforms is the ability to create various test tasks for remote control or self-testing of knowledge [2]. The possibility of taking distance courses and remote assessment of tasks at any convenient time for users is undoubtedly convenient for all participants of the educational process, which contributes to the implementation of the recommendations of the State Service of Education Quality of Ukraine regarding the reduction of educational loads compared to peacetime in order to maintain the psycho-emotional state of those seeking education and teachers.
At the same time, in KPI named after Igor Sikorsky developed the University Electronic Campus system with a convenient service for remote filling in of assessment and examination information by teachers, which not only remotely informs the participants of the educational process about current achievements, but also optimizes the work of scientific and pedagogical workers. That is, today KPI named after Igor Sikorsky provided a closed cycle of the educational process in distance mode.
At the same time, it should be emphasized the importance of the personal responsibility of everyone involved in the educational activities of an educator in creating a healthy working atmosphere during communication (full-time or extramural) with students, because the full-fledged formation will depend on the environment in which future specialists will study personalities, the formation and development of a worldview worthy of a modern person and the desire to seek progressive solutions for the creation of the society of the future in any circumstances.
Having determined the peculiarities of the provision of educational services in the conditions of martial law, it is possible to single out the following main tasks for the proper functioning of the education management system:
• provision of training in the most acceptable and safe form;
• research, study and implementation of the latest distance learning technologies in the educational process;
• ensuring uninterrupted functioning of equipment and equipment to support the transmission of information via the Internet in a 24x7 mode;
• creation of recommendations and video materials to support the psycho-emotional state;
• the authorities should assist in equipping the structural units with the necessary equipment, which provide access to the platforms, and it would be ideal to obtain the necessary amount of free mobile Internet for students (pupils) and teachers (teachers) who are involved in the educational process;
• Ukraine’s Ministry of Education and Science should provide for the fixation in ratings and lists of achievements in professional activity, as well as intellectual and methodological achievements in the creation of the latest forms of teaching and knowledge control, as well as effective learning conditions.
Conclusion. Given the available information about the ways and means of organizing decent learning conditions under martial law, it can be concluded that the main driving force in this process is the human factor.
