In today's business environment, an important factor in the success of enterprises is the rapid exchange of information, as well as its rapid collection and processing for effective management decisions. Information plays an important role and is a necessary component of the management system to ensure the development of the enterprise, which depends on the efficiency of the whole team. The key role is played by the quality of information flows that form the basis of communication policy. At the same time, it is necessary to take into account the observance of the optimal ratio between the obtained results and the costs of implementing information interaction measures.
In order to quickly receive an order or transfer data about the required products, information must be disseminated everywhere. The value of information in supply chains is its use from the moment of placing an order to receipt of goods and further cooperation with business partners and all participants in the supply chain.
The following domestic and foreign scientists have made a significant contribution to the study of information interaction in modern conditions: Romat EV, Afanasyev M.V., Oklander M.A., Noritsina N.I., Girnyak O.M., Burnett J., Golubkova O.M. etc.
In the logistics system of the enterprise there are subsystems of sales, supply and information that interact cyclically with each other [1]. Ensuring proper management of the enterprise in terms of its efficiency and rhythm is carried out by receiving and transmitting information that determines its initial, current and, if necessary, long-term (expected) state. The information flows involve elements that are part of the external environment of the enterprise, and, in addition, elements of integrated subsystems: product promotion and sales. It became possible to unite them into a single whole due to the introduction of a logistics information system at enterprises.
Logistic information system (LIS) is a certain organized set of interconnected means of computer technology that provide solutions to functional problems of material flow management in the enterprise [2]. The main functions of the information system are the collection, accumulation, processing, storage and transmission of information necessary for the rational and effective solution of all problems that arise in the process of enterprise management [3]. The information system integrates the operation of two subsystems of the enterprise: supply and distribution - and covers the activities of the business object. The tool of such association is information support of processes of advancement of the goods, beginning with delivery and finishing with realization of production.
The importance of LIS is that it is based on the subsystem of enterprise management of the appropriate level, and therefore the degree of content of the information system, the quality and timeliness of information depends on the effectiveness of the management system as a whole.
