Alternative energy companies are drivers of the development of most developed countries.Energy independence of any country should be ensured, first of all, at the expense of renewable sources, since the ecological impact of such generation on the environment is absent. At the same time, with regard to Ukraine, it can be noted that the Energy Strategy up to 2030 envisages an increase in the share of renewable sources of generation to 20%, which in turn requires the use of a strategic approach to the formation of strategies for the development of such enterprises, taking into account international standards and technologies.
A variety of methodologies for developing development strategies, as well as the approaches themselves to the definition of the concept of "development", indicates the lack of a systematic understanding of these concepts. The author proposes to use a balanced approach to the methodology formation for the enterprises of alternative energy sector of Ukraine, which will enable to realize the purpose of energy development in general - energy security and the transition to energy efficient and energy efficient use and consumption of energy resources with the introduction of innovative technologies [1]. Taking into account the fact that Ukraine has high energy intensity of GDP (Fig. 1), changing the technology of strategy formation for alternative energy companies will have a positive effect on the economy as a whole.
Therefore, given that the share of renewable energy in final consumption is about 4%, when establishing transparent business rules, reducing barriers to entry into this business, the financial and operational stability of the integrated grid will facilitate the testing of modern technologies for shaping the development strategy Alternative Energy Companies in Ukraine.
